Booking is open for 2024 and 2025 for all tours and trekking in Nepal.
The specifics of the terms and conditions are provided below. When signing the reservation form, please make sure you have thoroughly read everything. You confirm having read all of the booking terms and conditions after you click to accept them all. Additionally, you guarantee that the data you provided on the reservation form is accurate and full.
You must submit your booking form along with a twenty percent per person deposit of the trip fee. Credit or debit cards can be used to pay for the deposit, or the money can be wired directly to our account. The remaining payment can be paid once you arrive in Kathmandu, particularly before the tour begins. For Himalayan expeditions, however, the entire amount must be paid at least three weeks before the trip departs.
We will not charge any extra charges for late booking but you might have to pay the entire fee upfront depending on the specific policy of the trekking destination you booked for.
After the booking has been made, you might want to make some changes. In such cases, we will happily change the itinerary or other aspects for you, but you must be open to rejection. We might deny a couple of your requests and changes to the trip if they are not achievable or inconvenient.
We will make the changes free of charge but if you decide to add a couple of destinations on the itinerary, the pricing of the trip will increase. In addition to that, if you decide to change your trip dates drastically, it might result in an extra charge as we will have already begun setting up your accommodations and booked crew members for your trip.
It is our whole obligation to make sure that adequate safety precautions are in place to safeguard your data. When you make a reservation, you agree that our providers, wherever they happen to be located, will get all of the information you submit.
Since most of the meals and all of the lodging on all of our trekking packages are covered, USD 400–500 in cash should be sufficient to cover any extra expenses if food and beverages aren’t provided in the package.
For example, we pay for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Three meals a day; anything beyond that is at your own expense, so you must bring additional cash. If you want to purchase something special, you are welcome to carry your credit card on you.
