Booking is open for 2024 and 2025 for all tours and trekking in Nepal.
After selecting your trip, please fill out the booking form completely, sign it with all of your names exactly as they are on your documents such as passports, and send it in with a non-refundable payment as per our policy. When you reserve a spot, and we confirm it, a contractual agreement is formed.
Customers who make reservations over the phone, by email, or online are assumed to have read and agreed to the terms of the booking. All correspondence regarding your reservation made through an agent is going to be sent to them, and it shall be their duty to notify and counsel you. Please take the time to thoroughly read the terms and conditions listed below.
We require a 20% down payment of the entire cost of your trip in order to finalize your tour booking. The remaining amount must be paid before traveling to Nepal or as soon as you arrive in Kathmandu and before the tour departs. On the other hand, we are accommodating, so if both of us agree, you can pay the entire amount or only the deposit based on common grounds.
If you are going for an expedition to the mountains, you must clear all your remaining deposit 30 days before the trek actually begins.
If you pay using a debit or credit card, the firm will charge you a 3.5% credit card processing charge on top of the entire amount. Therefore, it is going to be more practical for both parties if the remainder of the payment is paid in cash upon arrival in order to prevent further costs.
No matter their nationality, it is the duty of every person traveling with us to confirm the most recent visa entry requirements with the embassy of the nation they are heading to.
We advise you to confirm the medical and visa criteria with the relevant consulate before travel since they are prone to modification without notice.
It is highly advised that you get an adequate travel insurance package before you leave for the trip. Many travel insurance packages may repay the cost of cancellation fees and other expenditures if you need to cancel your trip or drastically change the dates of your visit.
We have the right to decline or terminate reservations in the event of unanticipated events such as natural catastrophes, military conflict, unfavorable weather, etc. If your preferred trekking destination is closed due to natural disasters, we might be able to provide you with a comparable substitute tour.
All of your money will be returned if the substitute trip doesn’t pique your interest. Any flight delay or cancellation brought on by unsuitable weather, blocked roads, landslides, or strikes is not our responsibility. You will be liable for any costs you incur during this time.
It is important for the traveler to be aware that there are risks and dangers involved with traveling, such as the possibility of going through hilly areas, being sick or injured in isolated areas without access to medical care, and being affected by natural disasters.
The traveler undertakes to take on all trip risks and to hold the company, its guides, porters, representatives, and any employee of the tour group not liable for any bodily harm, sickness, or postponement.
In addition to that, we will also not be liable for any loss or damage to the traveler’s property while on the trip, regardless of how it occurred. The risks involved in the travel should be acknowledged and accepted by travelers.
It is your responsibility to make sure you have the required visas, permits, or insurance coverage for the vacation you have chosen, as well as a passport that is valid for a minimum of six months. If you do not possess appropriate travel papers, we will not be held accountable for any issues, delays, or denial of entrance.
You may exit the trip at any moment if you break any laws or rules. Thus, if you are compelled to leave the trip as a result of illegal activity, you are not permitted to make any allegations against us. We won’t be liable for any reimbursement, damages, or other costs you suffer in such a situation.
As per the standard practice, the agency will not reimburse the 20% advance deposit you made while booking the trek. Once you book a trek, our employees will immediately start working on your trip which is why you will not get back your advance payment in case of cancellation. The rest of the deposits will be sent back to you.
However, if you cancel the trip just a week before the starting date of the trek, you will not receive any deposit back.
